The process of selling can be challenging and complex. You may be staying in your home while selling or downsizing for a family member. Sometimes a seller will want to buy while selling, or sell an investment property from out of town. I’ve helped every client in these scenarios. How It Works

We’ll start with a home visit — it’s important for me to know all the details of your home before selling. Any agent who gives you a number without seeing your home doesn’t understand that your home is not identical to other homes.

I believe every home and ever seller deserves their own plan of action to get your home sold. While I have a proven method to get your home sold, how we implement it, when we implement it and what parts of it we use truly depend on your property and you.

From the first day we meet, you will ALWAYS have a direct line to me and only me through the whole process. I’ll be the one handling everything from coordinating pre-market repairs/paint, staging, meeting a photographer to creating marketing materials, your open house, and your negotiation – you will always deal with me.

To me, selling a house is always about the customer service you should expect to receive. I’ll sell your home as if it were my own. No one will work harder for you.
